Patuharakeke Te Iwi Trust Board (PTITB) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) to fill a fixed-term, part-time Kaiārahi Pūkenga business role.
This role is focused on supporting PTITB's operational and strategic priorities, with an emphasis on compliance, engagement, and funding sustainability.

Key Experience Required:
Applicants will need proven capability in the following areas:
Electoral Services
Experience facilitating or managing election processes
Knowledge of voting systems and engagement practice
Compliance and Legal Understanding
Familiarity with legal documents such as Trust Deed
Ability to interpret governance frameworks and apply compliance best practices
Beneficiary Database Management
Working knowledge of managing, updating, and protecting membership data
Use of CRM systems or similar platforms
Sustainable Funding
Experience identifying and securing funding opportunities (grants, sponsorships, partnerships)
Budgeting and reporting to meet funder requirements
