Patuharakeke Te Iwi Trust Board (PTITB) is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) to fill a fixed-term, part-time Kaiārahi Pūkenga business role.

This role is focused on supporting PTITB's operational and strategic priorities, with an emphasis on compliance, engagement, and funding sustainability.

Key Experience Required:


Applicants will need proven capability in the following areas:

  1. Electoral Services

    • Experience facilitating or managing election processes

    • Knowledge of voting systems and engagement practice


  2. Compliance and Legal Understanding

    • Familiarity with legal documents such as Trust Deed

    • Ability to interpret governance frameworks and apply compliance best practices


  3. Beneficiary Database Management

    • Working knowledge of managing, updating, and protecting membership data

    • Use of CRM systems or similar platforms


  4. Sustainable Funding

    • Experience identifying and securing funding opportunities (grants, sponsorships, partnerships)

    • Budgeting and reporting to meet funder requirements
