Pānui: Hauora me te Oranga - Hapū Health & Wellbeing Survey

E te whānau, tēnā koutou katoa.

Patuharakeke is preparing for the next stage of our hauora and wellbeing planning, and we need your voice to guide us. We’ve launched a Health & Wellbeing Survey to help us understand the realities, needs, aspirations, and challenges of our people — from our pēpi through to our kaumātua.

This survey is more than a form. It is your chance to shape the direction of our hapū. Your experiences, your whakaaro, your hopes for our collective wellbeing will directly influence the decisions, resources, and support systems we build going forward.

Why your input matters:

  • It ensures our planning reflects real whānau needs

  • It strengthens our ability to advocate for services and funding

  • It helps us design kaupapa that uplift our people

  • It supports long-term wellbeing strategies grounded in our values, our whenua, and our identity

Every response adds to the bigger picture of who we are and what we need to thrive.

Nō reira, we ask each whānau member to take a few minutes to complete the survey and share it with your wider whānau. Act today, survey closes Sunday 9th August.

Your voice is essential. Our future depends on it.
